Finishes By Design recently launched Project: Restore Walker County, Rebuilding Our Community! Our goal is to restore and refresh residential and commercial property in our community, boost the economy and generate jobs for Walker County Home Builders Association contractors.
As a Certified Home Stager and Accredited Interior Re-designer and active member of The Walker County Home Builders Association, I feel that what I have to offer not only would help sell my clients homes and properties, but would also help rebuild our community that is in the mist of financial struggle. Launching this project has generated interest from investors, banks, realtors, brokers, property managers and builders.
Our proposal is this: We are offering a service using our network of qualified, licensed and insured contractors to rehab properties that are eligible for repair. Once these properties are restored, our Multi-Million Dollar Listing Agent, James Ann Martin, Broker for All Four Realty will list these properties and get them sold. Her qualifications exceed our expectations and she is a welcomed team member for Restore Walker County.
Because there is a budget created for repairing these properties, our contractors are willing to offer their specialties at a competitive rate meeting the requirements to produce an eligible property. Developing these properties in the required time frame and under budget is an incentive to gain more attention for Restore Walker County and generate more jobs for our association contractors.
Finishes By Design has several renovations underway and hope to include you as we continue to rebuild Walker County.
